The TI Cycles office campus is organised around a series of interconnected courtyards that draw natural light deep into the plan, reducing reliance on artificial lighting throughout the working day.
Expressed concrete frames and local stone cladding anchor the building to its Chennai context, while generous shaded verandas on every floor mediate between the interior workspace and the tropical climate.
