Casagrand Royale distributes its programme across a series of mid-rise towers arranged around a continuous landscape podium, with community amenities — pools, clubhouse, sports courts — woven through the ground plane.
The architecture pursues a consistent material language of off-white plaster and dark metal frames across all building types, giving the township visual coherence at a scale where unity is hard-won.
