Casagrand Athens establishes a civic frontage along its main boulevard, with colonnaded podium levels that create shaded pedestrian passages activated by retail and community uses.
The residential towers above step back in plan, reducing visual bulk and opening long diagonal views across the development toward the surrounding urban fabric.
